5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Verification Requirement. bazi88 reserves the right to require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification should do so promptly to avoid delays.
5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours under normal conditions. Requests that trigger additional verification checks may take up to 5 business days. bazi88 will notify the Player via their registered contact details if additional time is required.

7.2 Errors and Misquoted Odds. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — bazi88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. bazi88 may suspend live markets at any time without notice, including during delays, reviews, or technical interruptions. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid and will be settled according to the applicable rules.
7.4 Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body. 13.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, bazi88 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bazi88 may forfeit the balance in full. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
13.3 Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and in good standing, the full remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
